Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the lake. It's tastefully decorated, the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Great and awesome location just next door to bars, shops and restaurants, really close to Port of Maratona. Incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect room, clean bathroom.

The location was wonderful for walking around a hilltop stone castle. The breakfast was varied with a stunning close up view and bacon, for example, and the restaurant's offer was GREAT.

I asked for double room and it was reasonably large and perfect with a spectacular terrace right on the lakefront. The venue was in a very central location very close to shops, cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the centre of town...

Some people working there were extremely rude.

I went on a trip and everything here was wonderful. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of options. It had very central location close to Port of Maratona. Plus the hotel was walk from bars and restaurants😀

location: the hotel was close enough to shopping options, the ferries and boats leaves for sirmione and other attractive places at garda lake. the breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food. i was there for the trip and had a such great stay, so i definitely want to stay in that area again.

The view from the standard triple room was awesome. The hotel had a very central setting to the centre of desenzano.

Possibly the best and great stay in September. A mini fridge bar, air conditioning and a personal safe available in the double room. Courteous staff, marvellous and lovely location not far from restaurants/shops, the Lake and the short walk to the town centre, and the train station. Also, very close to attractions. The outdoor bar onsite.

The view from our room was breathtaking, with a stunning scene of the lake, waves, mountains, and shore line. The hotel's public areas were well-kept and took full advantage of the lakefront location. Being just a short walk from the marina district, we had easy access to boutique hotels, cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping. The ferry dock was also conveniently located nearby, allowing us to explore other cities along the lake.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated, and being on the ground floor next to the lift, we had some noise disturbances during the night and early morning. The breakfast could have been better, as the food was often cold and lacking variety.

The location is very good. A good spa. Comfortable and free parking. After checking out, you could use the pool during the day.

Very central location just off pizzerias / trattorias, lovely and lively town centre for shops, restaurants and ferry stop, and communal areas by guests and staff, it was in a calm area.

Tastefully decorated room, exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Amazing and perfect breakfast with variety of coffee and fruit to satisfy every guest.

Great location with stunning views of the lake. It was really helpful to be able to catch direct trains to both Verona and Venice, and there was plenty to keep busy within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good and the coffee was delicious. There was a nice ambiance throughout the hotel.

The rooms were quite pricey and could use some modernisation. Overall though, the hotel was a good base and the staff were lovely.
